Kelloggs is being sued over its strawberry Pop-Tarts. Kelloggs strawberry-flavored Pop-Tarts need more strawberries according to a lawsuit filed against the company in August.

A lawsuit filed against Kelloggs claims the way the company markets its strawberry Pop-Tarts is misleading. The lawsuit was filed in late August by plaintiff Anita Harris who is asking Kelloggs to adopt more accurate labelling for its pop-tarts as she suggests its advertising is designed to give.
